Cleaning the inner hole → grinding → Measuring the missing size → laser cladding → finishing
Hardness HRC40-45, laser powder self-made
Cladding thickness < 3mm
Can repair worn flat head/flat head cover, or strengthen new flat head/flat
head cover to provide wear resistance.

熔覆厚度＜3mm
可修复磨损后的扁头/扁头套，或对新品扁头/扁头套进行强化提供耐磨性
